Turnaround:
Production time is approximately 10 business days from receipt of approved proofs. This can be longer or shorter depending on our printing schedule, we will be able to provide you with accurate production dates when proofs are approved.
Fees:
$150 custom Wheeltags down payment is required to begin work on your custom order. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and includes one design and TWO revisions. This fee is credited toward your final printing. For example: you want to order a set of 38mm custom Wheeltags which cost $275. You purchase your $150 custom down payment and the process has officially started. Art files are created, reviewed and then approved. Wheeltags will charge your credit card on file for the remaining $125 to begin production. In 10-ish days you are sporting sweet custom tags.
Additional designs AND revisions are charged at $75/hour
Final proof will show your subtotal, remaining balance due and any additional designs/revisions, as needed. 100% payment is REQUIRED to proceed into production.
Art:
Logos for sponsorship/team designs must be provided in the highest possible resolutions. Vector art is preferred (.ai, .eps). Low resolution JPG's are unacceptable and will result in poor print quality.
CMYK colors are used to print your custom Wheeltags product. PMS spot colors may be available, but is dependant on size, quantity and design. Your Wheeltags contact will discuss this option with you, if appropriate.

Design work is done in-house by friendly, talented and passionate folk who ride bikes.
Discounts are not offered for supplied designs. We are more than happy to take your design concepts, and re-produce it as faithfully as possible, but we must translate the art into production scale with appropriate bleeds, cut paths for multiple rim depths and color adjustment to achieve the perfect final product.
We do not share our proprietary templates with any outside parties.
Wheeltags Logo:
The Wheeltags headbadge logo will be located on your custom Wheeltags. Appropriate placement and color of logo is decided by Wheeltags.
How do I start:
Getting started is easy. Pay your $150 deposit and we'll contact you to start the creative brief and begin working on your custom project. In approximately 5-7 business days, you will have an art file to review. Once perfection is acheived and formal approval is provided, we charge your credit card the remaining amount due (based on your wheel size and quantity), we head into production and in about 10 days you are sporting sweet custom Wheeltags!
