I’m not sure what size tags to get for my wheels?
We weren’t either. Measure your rim depth (in millimeters) and buy the appropriate size. Visit our size chart for the ultimate size helper.

How do I install these suckers?

How do I get my old decals off?
Let your rims warm up to room temperature. Then break out the little Chizler that came in the can and start scraping baby! If you have some left over goo you can use some warm soapy water.

Why are there extra tags in the can?
We know that some of you are so excited to put your new Wheeltags on that you are bound to mess one up, scratch in on your bike rack, etc. To save everyone some frustration we include extra tags in each can. Feel free to slap it on your water bottle, fairing, messenger bag or Trapper Keeper. If you are really cool you’ll give it to a friend and spread the love.

I just put them on, when can I ride?
It is BEST to wait 24-48 hours before heading out for a ride. An excellent way to check….wrap your Chizler in some paper towels and do a few more swipes over the tags. Dry towels? You're ready to roll. Still water under those tags? Wait another day and check em again!

I ride in the snow and ice, is this a problem?
You are nuts. Nope, just be sure to wipe your wheels down when you come in.

Pricing and Shipping

Why do Wheeltags cost so much?
You are correct when you say Wheeltags are "essentially a sticker" however, the technology behind the "sticker" is a bit more involved. In a nutshell, we have created the lightest decals possible that are still able to withstand the abuse dished out by riding in all types of weather. All of our products (stock and custom) have a UV overlaminate to give added protection from abrasion and resistance to fading. Our adhesives are specially designed to be easy to apply on all rim surfaces with extra pull strength after setup. (this means they stay on) With custom tags, we create the design for you and match any colors you wish to use. The cost per bike on custom drops quite a bit as you add more volume.

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process. Shipping rates may vary, but the fresh cool tags are all worth the to your door service!

I like the argyle but want it in green, can I get a custom color?
Absolutely, we pride ourselves in letting our customers speak their own rim minds. Visit our custom page to learn about minimums, time lines, etc.

We want some custom logo tags for our team, where do we start?

Will you send me your templates so I can design my own Wheeltags?
Sorry Charlie. Our templates are proprietary and we do not share them with any outside parties.

I am a graphic designer, if I design the tags will you waive the $150 design deposit?
Sadly, we can not offer any discount for supplied designs as we must translate the art into production scale with appropriate bleeds, cut paths for multiple rim depths and color adjustment to achieve the perfect final product. We would be more than happy to take your design, and re-produce it as faithfully as possible for our production needs.
