Order Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have purchased the wrong color or size in error, please contact Wheeltags to discuss your options, please do not send the product back with a request for refund.

MOST Wheeltags are in-stock and ready to roll, but some designs, colorways and sizes are not available for same day shipment. Please be advised that these orders may take approximately 5 days to ship from the Wheeltags headquarters. Should your order be further delayed demand, we will contact you immediately with an expected ship date.

Warranty

Wheeltags is happy to provide our products with a 100% guarantee on quality and performance. We take tremendous pride in our tags, but if for some reason a DEFECT in our material should occur, we will be happy to process a warranty claim within SIX MONTHS from the date of purchase and replace your tag, at no charge. Please be sure to inspect your order when it arrives and read below for information regarding the warranty claim process. Should you have any further questions, please contact us.

Tags being submitted for a warranty claim against a defect to the printed material, please send the following information:

  • Explanation of warranty claim
  • Photo of product defect
  • Name, address, Wheeltags invoice (if possible) or estimated date of purchase

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Our warranty does not cover any damage to the product that may occur due to poor installation. When installed as instructed, our products will last for many, many years but Wheeltags that are installed in an improper way may lead to a shorter product lifetime. If you are unsure about how to properly install your tags, please re-read our instructions here, view our install video here, or contact us with questions. We will be happy to assist in any way possible.
  • Wheeltags has the sole discretion to determine a warranty claim, and extreme weather conditions and direct, prolonged exposure to moisture, sun and solvents will cause premature wear to your tags. Wheeltags will not honor warranty claims for treatment or neglect of tags in a manner that is in direct contrast to our recommended installation, care and cleaning tips.
